Heating: the building is heated by district heating. The apartments have hydronic underfloor heating, which can be adjusted by room. The tiled floor surfaces have back-up electric underfloor heating. The common areas (staircases) are heated by radiators.
Ventilation: there are ventilation devices in the apartments. The buyer will have to install an exhaust hood. The ventilation devices are generally installed above the bathroom or entrance hall ceiling (the planned location is above the entrance hall cupboard).
Water and sewerage: each apartment is equipped with autonomous hot and cold water meters.
